The Challenge
Our client aimed to dominate the Trendyol marketplace with a new line of air humidifiers. The challenge was to source high-quality ultrasonic units directly from a manufacturer to ensure competitive margins while navigating the risks of transit damage and complex customs classifications.
Our Solution
Lupos established a direct partnership with Kaizhuoxin Electronic. We managed the entire flow: from sample approval and precise HS Code (8543.70.90) determination to on-site damage reporting at the bonded warehouse, ensuring the client’s investment was protected.
1. Sourcing Management and Product Approval
For these products, which our client planned to list on the Trendyol marketplace, we worked directly with the Kaizhuoxin Electronic factory in China. The gallery below displays the main models and technical variants approved prior to shipment.
To mitigate manufacturing and packing risks before dispatch, the approval phase was supported by a structured pre-shipment quality inspection process, ensuring conformity with agreed specifications prior to cargo handover.
Commercial Invoice and HS Code Analysis
The greatest risk in foreign trade is incorrect HS code declaration. By analyzing the ultrasonic operating principles of the products, we classified them under 8543.70.90. This transparent data management approach prevented potential additional costs during customs clearance.

During the physical inspection of the cargo arriving with Silk Way West Airlines (7L 1401), one carton was identified as “CRUSHED AND TORN”. Lupos documented this condition prior to customs clearance and formally initiated the insurance claim process.
